Sound baths are available for private groups, organizations,
employee wellness, festivals, and special occasions of all sizes.
A "sound bath" is an improvised concert for healing, relaxation and meditation. During a sound bath I play vibrational healing instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, tuning forks and bells. Due to my extensive background as an improvisational musician, I am able to tune-in to participants to create a unique and expressive symphony with moments of pause and powerful crescendos that lift the spirit. The goal of a sound bath is for participants to experience an enveloping soothing environment of meditative sound to help calm their mind and body. Sound baths are considered an excellent introduction to meditation for many, because they allow you to simply be and unwind. You're invited to be at peace with yourself and ease out of the day's stresses. Participants typically lie down and close their eyes to fully engage in listening and enter a deeply meditative space. I've hosted sound baths that were as short as 15 minutes and as long as 4 hours! You can cater the sound bath duration to the needs of your event and I'll make sure it's a memorable experience; no matter the duration!
